A1 Labour Recruitment

About A1 Labour

Building on trust

A1 Labour Recruitment is a recruitment agency based in Southgate, North London, supplying labour, trades, plant operators and site staff to main contractors and subcontractors across the UK.

How we work

Every client has one named consultant who takes the brief, finds the people, briefs them properly and stays in touch after they start. Workers get the same person from registration to placement.

Our website, our consultants and our worker database are one connected system built for A1. A request made here is on a consultant's screen straight away, every live job on this site comes from that system, and every worker's timesheet is approved online.

We recruit for temporary, temp to perm and permanent roles, and we vet the same way for all three: right to work seen, cards checked on the scheme, two references spoken to.
