How we use your details

Who we are. A1 Labour Recruitment Ltd, Solar House, 282 Chase Road, London N14 6NZ. We are the data controller for the details you give us on this site.

Workers. When you register or apply, we keep your name, contact details, town, trade, cards and tickets, right to work answer, CV and anything you tell us, so we can contact you about work and put you forward for jobs. We keep these on our recruitment system and may share them with contractors when you agree to be put forward. We keep worker records while you are looking for work with us and for as long afterwards as the law on recruitment records requires.

Contractors. When you request workers, we keep your name, company and contact details, and what you asked for, so a consultant can call you back and so we can run the account if you go on to use us.

Lawful basis. Taking steps at your request before a contract (workers and contractors), and our legitimate interest in running a recruitment business. Where we rely on your consent, for example to keep your details for future jobs, you can withdraw it at any time.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@a1-labour.com or write to the address above. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
